Notifying of changes

You should immediately notify us of any changes affecting the payment of your mobility allowance using the Messages function or the change notification form available in Openetti. You can also notify us of any changes with a change notification by post.

Let us know

• the end date and the reason for termination, if your employment ends earlier than agreed in your employment contract
• if your working and salary earning are prevented for full days due to a temporary lay-off or a similar reason
• if you receive a benefit, such as sickness allowance, due to incapacity for work
• if you receive another benefit that would prevent you from receiving earnings-related daily allowance (see here).

Any mobility allowance paid without justification will be recovered
