The current Act on Job Alternation Leave has been valid as of 1 January 2016. Job alternation leave is primarily agreed with the employer, but job alternation compensation is applied from the unemployment fund.
The objective of mobility allowance is to encourage geographic mobility among recipients of earnings-related daily allowance in order to help them find jobs.
The change security allowance is part of a more comprehensive change security model, which has been designed to compensate for the phasing out of extended allowances.
