Copyright royalties will not be adjusted as of 1.1.2023

Due to the new regulation, copyright royalties will no longer be adjusted as of 1.1.2023.

Compensation based on intellectual property rights is no longer adjusted if the compensation is paid on the basis of copyright or rights closely related to copyright. Compensations based on other intellectual property rights will continue to be taken into account in adjustment.

The decree has entered into force on 1.1.2023, after which copyright royalties will no longer be adjusted.
