Telephone service will be closed on Thursday, 17 April 2025

During week 16, our telephone service is available only on Tuesday, 15 April 2025. On Thursday, 17 April 2025, the telephone service will be closed.

You can contact us during the Easter period via the Messages feature in Openetti. We will respond to messages within three working days.

Payment days during Easter

The earnings-related allowance will be paid before Easter if your application is processed by Tuesday, 15 April 2025. In this case, the payment date will be Thursday, 17 April 2025.

If your application is processed after that date, the payment day will be after Easter. For example, if your application is processed on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, the payment day will be Wednesday, 23 April 2025.
