Christmas time and end of the year midweek holidays affect allowance
payment transfers. Normally earnings-related allowance payments are made every working
day. The payment is transferred to bank accounts in two banking days after application
processing. At the end of the year, there are less payment days, thus some delay in allowance payment might occur.
