Due to our system supplier’s error, letters that the unemployment fund had drafted between 9 June and 1 July 2020, such as requests for additional information, were not sent to the recipients. Benefit decisions have also not been sent to the recipients.

Because of this, the decisions and letters were resent on 3 July 2020 to those members who have not read the letters electronically according to the system. Therefore, some of our members may have received another letter, dated 3 July, via Openetti.

If a possible payment notification is missing from your electronic letter, you can find it easily under “Decisions” in Openetti.

If your application has already been processed or you have submitted the requested attachments before, please ignore the letter. You do not need to take any action because of this. We apologise for any confusion and inconvenience caused by the system error.
