There will be an increase in the level of the allowance starting from 1.1.2020. The basic daily allowance is 33.66 EUR/day. In addition to this, the annual rate of unemployment and pension insurance decreases. The rate is 4.14% starting from 1.1.2020. It has an influence on the allowance when the allowance is calculated partly or completely from the 2020 income.

The amount of a child increase for  1 child is 5.28 EUR,  2 children 7.76 EUR and for 3 children 10 EUR.

The age limit for extended allowance (additional days) rises for people born in 1961 and after.  The age limit is 62 years. However, the change will effect at the earliest on 2022 when people born in 1961 turn 61.
