In the first edition of Opettaja magazine, the representatives of Posti comment on delays in the delivery of post. 

There has been problems also in the delivery of our letters that we have sent. Did you know that our letters, for example requests for additional information, are saved also in our electronical service, Openetti? Letters are archived in the service, and you can read them in Openetti as soon as they are stored to our system. 

We recommend that you ensure the delivery of our communication and choose the option ”Permit e-mail notification” in the Membership section of Openetti. This way you will receive an e-mail when our letter to you has been stored to our system. This will be quicker than normal post, even when there are no extra delays in the delivery!
