However, persons included into the experiment and receiving basic income can fulfill the employment condition of receiving earnings-related allowance and thus they can start to apply for allowance from us during the experiment. In such cases, the basic income must be reported to us when applying for allowance. Basic income will then be drawn from the allowance and as such it will diminish the amount payed from unemployment fund, according to the proposal.
As the size of the test group is small, 2000 persons only, we think it is quite unlikely that persons included into the test group will become entitled to allowance from our fund. If such a case does arise, we shall advise him or her in person. As such we shall not update any further information over the experiment into our webpages.
