How to proceed? Update the communication
section under Member Information in the following manner: choose the option
“yes” for both the e-mail reminder and e-letters. You will now receive an
e-mail notification from us whenever we send you a letter, which will only be submitted
electronically to the online Openetti service. All letters will be saved in the
service. Payment notifications are letters and they will be sent online as
well. After the update, you will no longer receive follow-up applications by
post on paper.

However, the update will not affect
decisions, which will still be sent by post (but decisions will be visible in
the Openetti service).

Remember to keep your e-mail address
up-to-date in Openetti at all times!
