In such cases, the system can make a decision independently based on predefined rules. If the application requires an expert’s assessment, it is forwarded to a specialist as before.

How do I know if my application was decided automatically?

Whenever a decision is made automatically, this is stated clearly in the decision. You can appeal the decision in the normal way – the appeal process is the same as for any other decision.Continuous development and monitoring ensure that the systems operate reliably.
